Hello and welcome. If you're dealing with feelings of anxiety, depression, or discomfort due to past memories, or if you're navigating through periods of uncertainty, know that you're not alone. I specialize in working with adults, young adults, adolescents, and preteens.

My practice is built on providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where compassion and empathy are at the forefront, enabling us to foster positive changes together.

My clients courageously strive to cultivate a renewed and confident sense of well-being. I approach each session through a trauma-informed lens and am trained in EMDR therapy, which is instrumental in addressing and easing difficult memories. Utilizing client-centered therapy alongside evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and EMDR, I am here to guide and support you on your transformative journey.

My expertise includes addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions.

I help clients heal from the painful memories that are weighing them down. I understand that in order to experience transformation, you need a safe place to share your memories with someone who really cares and is concerned about your well-being. I’m here for you. You don’t have to stay silent and carry this all on your own.

Now is not just the best time, but the right time to start experiencing freedom, joy, and confidence.

I encourage you to take the first step today. I look forward to embarking on this journey of change and discovery with you.

    Hello and welcome,

I'm so glad you’re here. My counseling approach is deeply rooted in understanding family systems, and how your upbringing and early relationships, along with past traumas, play a role in your present life. It's crucial for me to understand what you've been through to see how best I can support you. I employ a trauma-informed perspective, helping you work through the memories that weigh heavily on you. Often, these memories are tied to emotions and feelings that have been suppressed for a long time. While pushing these feelings away might have once served as a survival tactic, it might not be as effective now, often casting a shadow that follows you day by day. I get it—I've been there myself.

When you're ready to start the healing process, I'll be right here, ready to start on this journey with you. My aim is for you to feel whole, grounded, and connected. By integrating inner child work and cutting-edge neuroscience, we explore your autonomic nervous system and strive for lasting neurological changes through a somatic-based therapy model known as EMDR therapy. EMDR stands on the forefront of brain science, helping to deeply process memories and emotions, facilitating the healing of trauma.
